Frog Puppet is a trinket added in The Reheated Update.
Effects
- If the player is about to take fatal damage:
- Turns them into
Slippy. - Removes Frog Puppet.
- Gain
Golden Frog Head in the pocket slot. - Converts the player's health bar into 3 filled
Red Heart containers.
- Turns them into
Interactions
Cursed Urn / 
Shattered Cursed Urn: Frog Puppet will take priority over Cursed Urn when triggering a fatal damage revival.
Berserk!: Upon dropping to 0 hearts remaining while Berserk!'s effect is active, the revival will not be triggered. It will only trigger when Isaac still has no health once the effect expires.
Trinket Multipliers: Frog Puppet can be used to revive more than once, depending on the source of the Trinket Multiplier:
- If Frog Puppet is golden, Frog Puppet will be de-gilded and converted into regular Frog Puppet on revival.
- If holding Mom's Box, regular Frog Puppet will be replaced with
Tattered Frog Puppet on revival.
Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Frog Puppet rerolls it into 
Hatred.
Tattered Frog Puppet
Tattered Frog Puppet is a unique trinket, being the secondary form of Frog Puppet.
Effects
- Tattered Frog Puppet cannot appear naturally; it can only be found through use of Frog Puppet with Mom's Box.
- If the player is about to take fatal damage:
- Turns them into Slippy (again).
- Removes Tattered Frog Puppet.
- Converts the player's health bar into 3 filled Red Heart containers.
- Turns them into
Interactions
- Trinket Multipliers: No further effect.
- Azurite Spindown: Azurite Spindown will skip over Tattered Frog Puppet if used on
Wackey; however, it can be used to convert Tattered Frog Puppet back into Frog Puppet.
Trivia
- Frog Puppet's name and design is a reference to Kermit The Frog.
- The splash text "Greener on the other side" nods towards the idiom "The grass is always greener on the other side".
